PAYMENT POLICY:
TRANSPORTATION:
Airport Services & Any Rides $50.00 or over - Payment required in full at time of scheduling. Cancellation fee of 50%. Retained 50% can be reassigned to SweenFleetz services at a later date, not including SweenEats food delivery services. (a 5% service fee applies to all transactions except airport ground transportation fees).
Rides under $50.00 - require non refundable, but reassignable, pre-payment to schedule (a 5% service fee applies to all transactions).
Live time rides - can be paid in live time (a 5% service fee applies to all transactions).
The exception to these rules - upon actual cancelation of a flights, busses, or trains by qualifying authorities (justifying a full refund) unless SweenFleetz has already commenced actual services of transportation, in which case the general policy holds.
FOOD DELIVERY:
Payment will be requested upon pick up from the place origin, and is due before delivery, unless otherwise instructed by a SweenEats representative. Orders may be placed by text instead of through the SweenEats App. However, for all Non - App orders, please be sure to include all options and extras as it pertains to your selections as your order will be placed EXACTLY as written. No refunds for food delivery payments. Refer to the fees page at SweenEats.com. Please note any deliveries outside of our frequent operation radius are subject to additional fees. (5% service fees apply to all orders regardless of payment method)
